Another Ball From Chewy.com: A Love Story

Recently Coco got a new surprise from Chewy.com. It was another ball! Coco of course was thrilled. Another ball to her is like another pair of shoes for mommies.

This is another Planet Dog ball like the one she got before, but this is a little different.  This one glows in the dark!  This is perfect for the times when I'm walking to the bathroom at night.

The new ball is the best of the ball worlds: Coco loves it and I love it because it isn't a health hazard!

Fun with Dexter!

Remember Dexter? Well this past week we had the pleasure of having Dex stay with us while his mommy and daddy were out of town.

Coco and Dex got along great after the first day.  Then they spent the rest of the time playing, then napping, then playing again.

We were excited to have him over so Coco could get some good doggy play in!  We will miss Dexter;  Coco is already whining for him...

Dog Dreamin'

Last night I had a dream that Coco's front leg was pulled out of the socket.  How strange!  Does anyone know if that can even happen to dogs?  I'm assuming it can.

Of course I didn't know what to.  What would you do?  So glad that it was just a dream; my dog mom skills can't handle a dislocated dog leg!

Coco can't bare the thought, either. 

Hot Summer's Day

I asked Madam's Mommy to stop by and check on Coco since she didn't want to go potty this morning. This is the picture of Coco that I received:

Not only did Coco not go potty for Aunt Jules, all she wanted to do was bask in the sun.  She is quite the sun basker on a hot summer's day like today.  Am I the only one with a stubborn dog like this? Any other sun baskers? 

I Think It's Time For Ball Intervention

This evening I decided to see how many balls our ball-lover has, so I went around the house and collected them--with Coco close behind, of course.  I collected 17 balls.  Only 16 are pictured because Coco promptly picked her favorite from the pile and proceeded to play.

Someone obviously needs an intervention, I'm just not sure who.  Coco for being so ball crazy, or Mommy and Daddy for providing her with all these balls?

Caught Red Handed!

We all know Coco is a Pik-Nik Thief , but recently she has started to steal her sister's food, too.  This morning I caught myself saying, "Coco Louise, leave your sister's breakfast alone!"  Never thought I'd say that without giving birth.
